Inspiration Day 2022

Last Friday we hosted our annual ‘Inspiration Day’ where guest speakers come in to give career talks to our Lower 6th students. The day kicked off with a motivating talk from polar adventurer, three times Guinness World Record holder and author, Victoria Humphries. Victoria’s talk focused on the belief that ‘Anything is Possible’ if you put your mind to it. Throughout the rest of the day, students split into smaller groups and attended talks from our guest speakers. They were exposed to a variety of different industries such as Law, Charity, Property and the Civil Service. It was a vibrant day full of inspirational talks which opened the students minds to different careers. Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen and to our wonderful guest speakers who were made up of Old Columbans, Parents and Friends of St Columba’s College.
