Ashley Harwood (C12) completes the Brighton Marathon

Congratulations to Ashley Harwood (C12) on completing his 4th marathon this April. Ashley managed to finish with a time of 3hr 23min, which is his personal best! Ashley told us "I was never particularly sporty at school, and used to be the guy that made up excuses about how I forgot my P.E. kit to avoid Games. But the last few years have been a real journey for me, improving my fitness to make sure I am both as physically and mentally fit as possible! It goes to show that with the right focus you can achieve just about anything!" Well done to Ashley, a true inspiration to anyone who feels they aren't very sporty! |
